Market data is delayed. Options chains, quotes, volumes, open interest, implied volatilities and greeks are Cboe delayed data, typically 15 minutes or more behind the market; equity quotes and history are delayed vendor data (Financial Modeling Prep). Figures are indicative, not tradable prices, and every module shows its as-of time.
Model estimates are estimates. Expected moves are market-implied readings of option prices; probabilities are computed under a lognormal model with stated simplifying assumptions (see Methodology). They are labeled "model-estimated" because that is what they are: realized outcomes regularly land outside expected ranges, and the site's own historical database exists so that record is checkable. Past results never guarantee future outcomes.
